Job Summary
Execute key delivery activities by collaborating with Product Delivery Managers and Product Owners to coordinate work across product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action items while identifying and resolving delivery blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints. Support change management initiatives, ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and facilitate stakeholder meetings to maintain alignment on priorities. Create executive-ready presentations and drive transparency through reporting and delivery metrics to support successful product launches and post-implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, program management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success supporting product delivery initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing operational management, process improvement, and change readiness activities
- Experience supporting product deployment or implementation processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and communications
- Ability to build effective partnerships across business, product, technology, and operations teams
- Experience tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks
- Experience supporting branch, workplace, consumer banking, or employee-facing technology solutions
- Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Align, or similar delivery management tools
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks within a regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant project, Agile, or product management certifications are a plus
