Conduct daily outreach to commercial paint customers to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction while staying current on product features and maintaining high visual standards. Achieve excellent customer service metrics and consistently meet store sales goals. This full-time role at Store #2511 in Bluffton, SC, requires a background check due to unsupervised access to cash, customer information, and merchandise.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to contact with customers, which may include minors
- Must have access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised
