Job Summary
Receive incoming deliveries by unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching items to orders. Organize inventory by sorting and placing products on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, color, or product code. Assemble customer orders from stock, place them on pallets or staging areas, and label orders accurately. Operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to customers, ensuring the vehicle remains safe and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Assist walk-in customers with taking and delivering orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable attendance and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as loading/unloading pallets and handling product movement within a small warehouse space
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, or packing
- Familiarity with sales processes or concepts; prior sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Delivery experience involving direct customer interaction and service
