Branch Vice President I

Job Summary

Coach, develop, and lead all branch employees to achieve individual, branch, and organizational growth goals while delivering exceptional member service experiences. Ensure day-to-day branch operations result in meeting strategic goals and profitability requirements by establishing tactical plans, documenting objectives in the annual business plan, and maintaining high participation in the Leadership Team. Train staff to embrace VyStar's Standards of Excellence, model behaviors while performing duties, and develop succession plans within the branch network. Conduct daily team huddles, weekly sales meetings, and side-by-side evaluations for direct reports and ABMs, while preparing performance appraisals for all levels of management. Analyze data to determine staffing changes, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and resolve member concerns independently. Actively lead by example through community service and support high school and collegiate employees, including mentoring and training student interns.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4 + years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role
  • 3 + years' experience in lead role within financial institution
