Job Summary

Branch Vice President with a player/coach mandate: personally manage and grow a book of business while developing and leading a branch sales team; owns 75% of efforts in field execution (hunting, closing, client relationships) and 20% coaching (recruiting, mentoring, driving performance), plus 5% operational oversight (coordination with operations, budgeting). Build client relationships with facility managers, GCs, builders, and commercial operators across the territory; develop competitive sales strategies using market data; act as the visible face of DuraServ in the market from cold call to contract; maintain P&L accountability for the branch; lead a high-visibility on-site leadership role with no remote/hybrid work. Requires proven sales track record, leadership instincts, hunter mentality, grit, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Dock/door industry experience is a plus; valid driver's license is required.
