Job Summary
Manage and grow an assigned book of business by personally closing deals, building new client relationships with facility managers and commercial operators, and executing competitive sales strategies. Lead and develop a dedicated branch sales team through coaching on the full sales cycle, recruiting hunters, and executing programs that align with company growth objectives. Own P&L accountability for the branch, including forecasting, budget management, and bottom-line performance, while coordinating service team activity in a dual reporting structure. This on-site leadership role requires a proven sales record and hunter mentality to build a winning culture in a blank-canvas territory.
