Job Summary
Branch Support Technician providing second line specialist IT support to Windhoek branch. Responsibilities include answering questions, resolving technical problems, and maintaining customers' network, software and computer equipment related to ARCH Products. Troubleshooting on the spot, with overtime, weekends and standby as needed. Requires at least 3 years in a similar role; A+ and N+ certifications are minimum requirements.
