Branch Support Specialist - Liverpool, NY

Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and maintain physical spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. Manage work order requests, resolve specialized problems by acting as a liaison between employees and contractors, and draft preventive maintenance schedules. Install and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripherals; set up equipment for user use, train staff on proper hardware or software usage, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical issues. Reorder inventory supplies and refer major defects to vendors for service. This role requires extensive travel and is available at locations including Depew, Liverpool, Saratoga Springs, Chicopee, and Colchester.
