Job Summary
Manage lobby traffic and greet members while answering questions about Credit Union products and services. Assist new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions, resolving concerns and reconciling accounts. Educate members on managing their finances and identify opportunities to refer products that support their financial well-being. Build strong, supportive relationships through a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction. This part-time role requires travel to multiple branch locations and demands flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and bondable status are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Must be bondable
- Must be available for travel to multiple branch locations
- Must have legal authorization to work in the location where they apply
