Branch Support Specialist - Colchester, VT

Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and maintain physical space for a safe, clean, and functional environment. Receive, manage, and process work order requests while acting as a liaison between employees and outside contractors for specialized problems. Draft preventive maintenance schedules, maintain inventory, and install or repair hardware, software, and peripherals following design specifications. Read technical manuals, conduct diagnostics, and train users on proper hardware or software usage. Refer major issues to vendors and prepare equipment evaluations to recommend upgrades. Confer with staff to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Travel is a must for most of the time. Electrical and building maintenance experience are preferred.
