Job Summary
The Branch Support Member Relationship Specialist (MRS) is responsible for training new MRS’s, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across supported locations. The role includes acting as a subject matter expert for branch MRS staff, uncovering member needs, processing memberships and loans, delivering ongoing training, and remaining compliant with financial regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1-2 years of related experience, possess strong problem-solving skills and written communication abilities, and must work effectively in team settings.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years related operational experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred
- Strong listening skills
- Problem solving competence with strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and service-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment
- Team player able to work well in a group setting
