Job Summary
Branch Support Manager leading and supervising a team of Client Associates in transactional tasks, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance across Wealth and Investment Management. Responsibilities include increasing digital onboarding and money-movement adoption, reducing operational support issues, leading market readiness for new digital tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk control in less complex areas, making day-to-day supervisory decisions, interpreting policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with market leaders and peers, managing resource allocation, mentoring/directing talent development, onboarding/training of Client Associates, serving as the primary point of contact for operational, service, and technology inquiries, coordinating approvals for operational requests (asset movement, document approvals, remediation projects), and visiting branches to coach on operational risk and practices. Requires travel up to 20%, FINRA licensing considerations, and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Securities industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- US only: FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- Completion of FINRA licensing exams and ongoing regulatory obligations as described (SIE, Series 65/66 co-requisite if applicable)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship (posting states not eligible)
- Compliance with state licensing requirements and background checks
- FINRA licensing review process at time of offer acceptance
