Job Summary
Branch Support Manager in Wells Fargo's Wealth and Investment Management leading a team of Client Associates, driving operational excellence, digital onboarding adoption, and risk/compliance improvements. Oversees supervision, work allocation, and day-to-day operations; partners with Market Leaders, Branch/Area Managers, and Brokerage Support; manages resource allocations (people and financial) and talent development; acts as liaison for operational, service, and technology inquiries; supports onboarding and training of new and existing Client Associates; visits branches to coach on operational risk and support practices; ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; leads approvals for operational transactions and remediation projects; supports talent development and hiring processes; ensures readiness for new digital tools and cost-effective risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Securities industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- US only: FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- Posting Locations: FINRA licensing and background screening requirements
- Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
- This role desires a FINRA supervisory license and may require working in the assigned office location for at least one year from the hire date
- Ability to travel up to 20%
