Job Summary
Branch Supervisor accountable for facility maintenance, inventory control for lube and fuel, card lock supervision, and walk-in transactions. Drives wholesale sales growth and customer satisfaction, manages profitability and regulatory compliance, and oversees office staff and CDL drivers. Develops and enforces office policies, collaborates with Finance and Operations on budgets/forecasts, and coordinates with suppliers to meet allocations. Builds and maintains customer relationships, ensures safety and DOT compliance, and coaches driver performance. Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset; strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills required. Travel as needed to meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of management/related experience
