Job Summary
Provide guidance and training to the team while assisting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks such as warranty, invoice reconciliation, and banking. Oversee branch inventory, returns, credits, orders, and stocktakes to ensure first-rate customer service is provided at all times. Maximize sales and profits through effective customer service and efficient management of branch resources. This role requires considerable industry experience and previous leadership skills.
