Job Summary
Supervise and support Security Officers throughout the Richmond, Hampton, Danville, Williamsburg, VA, and Cross Lanes, WV territory. Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee discipline while creating and maintaining employee schedules. Conduct post inspections, employee evaluations, and incident report documentation. Respond to call-offs and staffing emergencies, visit client sites, and maintain positive client relationships through regular site visits. Manage fleet operations including vehicle inspections, driver qualifications, and fuel card compliance. Complete administrative duties such as reports, Lighthouse documentation, and operational communications. Collaborate with Branch and Regional leadership to support daily operations. Ensure all company policies and safety standards are followed while overseeing hiring, training, and licensing for officers.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Virginia DCJS Security Officer License required
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
- Walk, stand, sit, climb, and occasionally run
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Drive during the course of assigned duties
- Read, write, and communicate effectively
- Make sound decisions during routine and emergency situations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1st Shift, 2nd Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous security supervisory experience preferred
