Job Summary
Relate favorably with members and internal stakeholders to drive new account relationships and referrals. Use sound judgment to analyze and resolve issues while leading associates in achieving member satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and branch sales and referral goals by coaching others to achieve their targets. Oversee branch operations, ensure compliance regulations are adhered to, and recommend innovations that improve efficiencies. Assist with the recruitment, selection, development, and training of staff to meet department objectives. Provide ongoing feedback through regular coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings, evaluate work performance via scheduled reviews, and assign training modules. Reward deserving associates, recommend promotions or salary adjustments, and handle corrective actions as needed. Represent the Credit Union professionally at business development and networking opportunities while organizing regular department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in sales/customer service and branch operations within the banking or credit union branch environment
- 2+ years managing the performance of four or more employees with proven coaching and development success
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin or Spanish Fluency Preferred
- 1+ years developing business relationships and engaging in community involvement preferred
