Job Summary
Relate favorably with members and internal stakeholders to drive new account relationships and referrals. Use sound judgment to resolve issues, lead associates in problem-solving, and ensure member satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and branch sales and referral goals while coaching others to achieve targets. Oversee branch operations, ensure compliance regulations are adhered to, and recommend innovations to improve efficiencies. Assist with recruitment, selection, development, and training of staff, providing ongoing feedback and scheduling regular coaching sessions. Evaluate work performance through timely reviews, assign training modules, and conduct corrective actions as needed. Represent the Credit Union professionally at business development and networking opportunities, and organize regular department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in sales/customer service and branch operations within the banking or credit union branch environment
- 2+ years managing the performance of four or more employees with proven coaching and development success
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin or Spanish Fluency Preferred
- 1+ years developing business relationships and engaging in community involvement preferred
