Job Summary
Branch Supervisor role overseeing deposit and loan operations, branch opening/closing, cash handling, and balance accuracy; provides proactive client solutions, cross-sells bank services, mentors staff, may supervise teammates, and acts as Branch Manager when needed. Requires knowledge of consumer/business lending, cash management, and retail banking products; MLO responsibilities and SAFE Act registration applicable for mortgage-related activities. Strong emphasis on customer relationship growth, operational controls, training, and achieving sales/service goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of retail banking experience
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- in-depth knowledge of consumer and business products and services
- proficiency in consumer and business lending
- ability to handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, perform accurate calculations
- MLO responsibilities and SAFE Act registration requirements (Mortgage Loan Originator)
