Branch Supervisor Bradenton

Manage branch operations in the Manager's absence, processing consumer loans up to policy limits and performing teller duties as needed. Monitor daily activities for compliance with credit union policies, including completing and approving Currency Transaction Reports for cash transactions over $10,000 and reporting suspicious conduct to the compliance officer. Direct staff development, assist with hiring and discipline, and cross-sell credit union products to achieve corporate goals. Represent the branch with members, suppliers, and financial institutions while adhering to BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations through ongoing training. Requires two to five years of experience, relevant education or training, and NMLS licensing. Full-time hourly position with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
