Branch Supervisor

Lead and direct all sales and service activities in the branch to achieve deposit growth, loan growth, and member/employee satisfaction goals. Establish member satisfaction as the singular priority while making sound decisions on transactions that weigh satisfaction against exposure to loss or fraud. Welcome new members through established onboarding procedures, manage branch cash and negotiable items within approved limits, and conduct weekly staff meetings to ensure timely information flow. Perform administrative functions for membership maintenance, conduct audit and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to National Credit Union Administration regulations, and manage safety and security under established policies. Maintain current knowledge of financial products and delivery methods while conducting necessary training sessions.
