Job Summary
Conduct daily and monthly supervision reviews, including Email Surveillance, Daily Trade (Blotter) Review, and KYP Assessment testing. Identify, report, and manage all supervision issues and irregularities according to guidelines while providing ongoing supervision education to assigned branches. Execute delegated tasks such as prospectus log reviews and insider status reorganizations to meet regulatory requirements and maintain service level standards. Query and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure alignment between stakeholders and safeguard customer assets. This role supports the British Columbia and Prairies Regions of BMO Nesbitt Burns, focusing on maintaining business integrity and enabling advisors to operate within a strong culture of risk management and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of all supervision and industry regulations
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
