Branch Starter: Field Sales and Service Manager

Branch Starter is a full-time, field-based role launching Go-Forth Pest Control's Ohio operation (Columbus area) from the ground up, generating and closing new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company-generated leads while delivering licensed pest control and termite services; responsibilities include field sales, service delivery, branch development, operational management, relationship building, and travel within Ohio to inspect, treat, and follow up with customers. Must have pest control/licensing credentials, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently in a startup environment, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license with MVR standards adherence. Qualifications preferred include prior door-to-door or referral-based lead generation and experience in branch launches or market expansion. Physical demands include frequent walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work is primarily field-based with outdoor exposure and potential variable scheduling.
