Job Summary
Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, perform service requests, and complete regulatory reports. Handle cash and negotiable instruments, maintain end-of-day balances, and process check deposits through the Check 21 solution. Cross-sell credit union products and services while adhering to established production guidelines. Maintain efficient production levels and meet strategic service objectives. Requires one to two years of cash handling experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work Monday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with clean abstract and vehicle to drive to a branch when scheduled
- Must be able to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of MS Office Suite
