Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair customer compressed air equipment in the assigned branch territory, including after-hours emergency responses. Systematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls subsystems to identify root causes and provide corrective solutions. Support customers with recommendations on maintenance intervals and system improvements. This hourly position in Austin, TX, offers a range of $25–$35 commensurate with experience, plus a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop. The role includes participation in the KFACT Certification program to foster growth and mastery in the trade.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systems
- Good customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Worked in an industrial service environment
- Must be able to perform after-hours emergency work
