Job Summary
Manage branch operations, supervise full-time staff, and oversee budget and cost management while proactively engaging in community business development. Directly assist members as a Member Service Associate, Personal Financial Representative, and Sr. PFR by fluidly transitioning between tasks, solving member concerns, and deepening relationships through outbound calls and referrals. Train and mentor team members, handle complex account openings and lending applications, and ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory policies including audits and cash handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Two-year degree in related field
- At least one (1) year of lending and account opening experience
- At least one (1) year of management experience
- At least two (2) years of financial industry experience
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
- Sales/relationship building experience
- Notary Public
- Some travel
- Proficient with varying levels of technology
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to ask open-end and clarifying questions to understand member needs and deepen relationships
- Display professional interpersonal skills to relate effectively to members, the public, colleagues, and all levels of leadership
- Respect and support all areas of diversity in the workplace and our membership
- Complete assigned training programs in timely and accurate manner
