Job Summary
Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of Service Technicians while managing department profitability. Provide technical and engineering support for installations, start-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Assist in generating quotes for service repairs and maintenance agreements. Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program. Work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design. Maintain the parts department including inventory. Requires a high school diploma, three years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. SAP experience is strongly preferred. Annual salary range is $75,000-$90,000.
