Job Summary
Meet with customers to assess their financial needs and match them with appropriate home loan products. Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients using solid knowledge of mortgage products and the local market. Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service while developing community networks. Represent the Westpac brand by ensuring clients feel confident and well-supported throughout their lending journey.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with lending
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending
- Solid people skills
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to network effectively within the community
