Job Summary
Vice President of Branch Segmentation Marketing Strategy leads branch-segment marketing initiatives for a 5k-branch network, developing insights to inform segment-focused strategies, collaborating with agency partners and internal teams (Real Estate, Brand, Insights, enterprise lines, Branch/Field Leadership), and delivering holistic program and campaign plans on time and on budget. The role drives executive-level presentations, builds partnerships across lines of business, leads learning agendas, uses field feedback to improve branch marketing delivery, explores AI-enabled research and planning enhancements, and conducts regular branch visits to optimize customer experiences and marketing impact.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Retail or Business Management
- 6+ years of experience in a Marketing Strategy role
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills – especially for C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
