Branch Security Officer - Walnut Creek

Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service. Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management procedures in partnership with the Senior Security Officer and store leadership. Ensure security systems and procedures are followed through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs while coordinating with the store team. Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls. Deliver a Tiffany brand experience, strengthen client relationships, and support store sales plans. Elevate in-store experiences by applying hospitality best practices and acting on client feedback and NPS scores. Demonstrate strong store operations execution and collaboration with management to maintain security and exceptional customer service.
