Job Summary
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement to position PNC solutions and meet customer needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources. Works with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, delivering a differentiated customer experience at the Miami Gardens branch. Ensures daily branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately while adhering to policies and risk controls. PNC emphasizes customer-focused service, risk management, and a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years related experience
- No Degree required
- Licenses (as applicable in banking)
- Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection regulations
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years related banking experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in retail banking environment
- Proactive sales and customer service skills
- Ability to identify referral opportunities and upsell banking products
- Familiarity with teller interactions and lobby engagement
- Knowledge of banking products and digital tools
- Ability to manage risk and adhere to policies and procedures
- Background checks as required by regulatory bodies
