Job Summary
Lead branch transactions and customer service tasks while stepping in as a leader when management is unavailable. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school degree or the equivalent
- Banking, retail and/or customer service experience
- Thorough knowledge of Bank products and service
- Understanding of cross-departmental functions
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated aptitude and desire for customer service and sales achievement
- Decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills
- A role model of the Brand Behaviors and Guiding Principles
- Active listening and communication skills, verbal and written; proven ability to adapt tone and techniques to best suit the audience
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and acclimate quickly to changing priorities, multi-tasking
