Job Summary
Conduct proactive sales and service activities to identify opportunities for improving customer financial wellbeing and increasing share of wallet. Manage lobby engagement, outbound calling, and appointment setting to deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction. Educate customers on managing financial transactions while applying product knowledge to solve problems and mitigate risk. Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately in adherence to all policies and procedures.
