Job Summary
Branch Rental Manager responsible for outside sales, fleet management, and marketing at the Roanoke branch; drives rental growth and profitability by optimizing fleet utilization, controlling costs, and implementing an aggressive marketing plan. Oversees customer retention, cash handling, asset management, and data analysis; leads recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and team development to maximize market share. Requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with extensive experience in rental/sales operations and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years or more Rental or Sales experience
- Three (3) years or more experience in Rental product line to include outside sales & rental counter supervision
- Two (2) years or more experience managing others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment advanced
- Complete understanding of marketplace conditions in order to maximize utilization of the rental fleet (advanced)
- Profound knowledge of rental operations and asset management (advanced)
- DOT Regulated No
