Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role with a proven record of success
- Direct sales and team leadership experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, CRM, and territory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to adapt coaching styles to meet the diverse needs of Sales Representatives
- Must be okay to Travel
