Job Summary
Experienced Branch Sales Manager leads and enhances all sales activities within TruGreen branches, developing comprehensive branch-level sales plans and forecasts; collaborates on marketing programs (door-to-door, direct mail, inside and outside marketing) to drive profit growth; generates sales leads and assists in closing sales; improves customer satisfaction; organizes training for sales personnel; manages workflow and staffing (10+ reps); monitors performance and travels within the market to cover Door-to-Door routes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2 - 3 years of related experience in the lawn/horticulture agronomic field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools
- Ability to travel to all Door to Door routes within the market
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities including attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
