Job Summary
Branch Sales Manager for Rentokil Terminix oversees a branch to achieve sales and revenue targets, mentors and coaches field sales professionals, hires and trains frontline sales colleagues, leads team meetings, provides ongoing training on services, conducts regular one-on-one debriefs, monitors activity standards and KPIs, and collaborates with Operations to drive performance. The role requires field presence and managing a team across the assigned area, with travel up to 100% of the time and a strong emphasis on sales process, customer relations, budgeting, and compliance. Eligible candidates hold a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and maintain relevant licenses/certificates, with a valid driver’s license and experience in the RTX business model; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
