Job Summary
Lead branch sales targets for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP, manage and mentor the sales team (Sales Officers), develop and implement local marketing strategies, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines, build relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinate with credit and operations for smooth processing, and maintain CRM records to track leads, prospects, and conversions. Requires Leadership and negotiation skills, strong communication, and knowledge of mortgage products, documentation, and systems.
