Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff while ensuring the origination of quality loans. Manage the branch sales function by leading Mortgage Loan Origination staff, coaching them on production goals and FastTrac 360 proficiency. Generate personal production, cultivate relationships with Realtors and customers, and sell loans that comply with program guidelines. Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local policies, generate sales reports, and create synergy with Operations and Secondary Marketing departments. Requires three years of mortgage industry management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Windows software. Full-time role with travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry
- Leadership and communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Proficient in MS Windows software
- Travel will be required
Desired Qualifications
- Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales preferred
- operations background a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is preferred
