Job Summary

The Branch Sales Manager leads branch operations and growth under direction from the Division Director, focusing on training and developing the branch team in procedures, policies, products, and programs; drives sales performance, profitability, and customer experience; conducts market analyses and collaborates with marketing to grow market share and active customer accounts; oversees compliance with laws and company policies, and recruits/coaches staff to meet branch objectives; requires a high school diploma or equivalent, management experience, and strong P&L and leadership capabilities; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Two years of prior management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws in the industry/business
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
