The Branch Sales Leader is responsible for leading branch operations with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management. This role requires a proven track record in staffing industry sales and the ability to successfully manage a team while driving growth through client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven outside B2B sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or facility services strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
- Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
- Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
- Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.
