Job Summary

The Branch Sales Coordinator supports branch and sales personnel with machine orders for new and used equipment, availability, information and delivery. Responsibilities include completing rental contracts and settlements, obtaining quotes and coordinating trucking for rentals and sales, providing product specifications and availability for quotes, handling sales support requests, completing attachment change orders, coordinating shipping/receiving of stock and sold units, performing physical inventory, ensuring equipment and attachments are properly labeled, handling phone calls, back-up administrative support, and operating a forklift as needed. Requires proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to new procedures; physical duties include occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Education: high school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree and/or related experience preferred. Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. is an equal opportunity employer.
