Manage the entire customer experience by selecting products, entering orders, picking items, and loading vehicles. Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty while adapting communication styles for walk-in clients. Shift focus between assisting customers and performing warehouse tasks like picking, preparing, staging will-call orders, and putting away stock. Help with merchandising, showroom replenishment, and inventory counts. Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities, perform housekeeping, and comply with safety guidelines including wearing PPE. Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and operate powered industrial equipment. Work flexible hours within branch operations and report to the Branch Manager.
