Job Summary
Retail Branch Sales Associate at Russo Hardware, responsible for assessing customer needs, guiding product features, answering questions, resolving complaints, driving sales, maintaining in-stock areas, cross-selling, processing POS transactions, and collaborating with team to ensure excellent customer service. Requires knowledge of POS systems, basic computer and product knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Genuine enthusiasm for the company and products/services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Hands-on experience with POS systems; Microsoft NAV experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain teamwork mentality
- Bilingual is a plus
