Branch Sales Associate Full-Time Boise, ID

Manage the entire customer experience by selecting products, entering orders accurately, picking and loading vehicles, and preparing backorders. Maximize sales opportunities, encourage loyalty, and adapt communication styles for walk-in clients, phone, and email. Perform warehouse tasks including staging will-call orders, merchandising, showroom replenishment, inventory counts, and housekeeping to meet branch standards. Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities while adhering to safety guidelines and PPE requirements. This role requires flexibility to shift between sales and operations throughout the day.
