Branch Sales and Service RRT

Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, increase share of wallet, and drive loyalty through proactive sales and service activities. Conduct outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to deliver a full PNC conversation with every client. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships while educating customers on managing financial transactions via technology. Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively and manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
