Job Summary
Branch Representative provides member service support at Fuqua and Pasadena branches, handles account maintenance (debit cards, stop payments, wire transfers, opening/closing accounts), processes consumer loans end-to-end, offers credit counseling to members, resolves issues to the benefit of members and credit union, processes home equity loans, manages CVIEW tickets and policy compliance, educates members on CU products and services, performs transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, credit card payments), balances cash drawer daily, maintains cash drawer security, participates in the Performance Reward Program, supports team operations, and remains adaptable to regulatory requirements and branch needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- Minimum one-year cash handling and customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
- Completion of required training courses
