Job Summary
Conduct structured interviews, source, and screen candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire placements across specialized client needs. Build and maintain pipelines by developing workforce planning strategies, engaging passive and active talent, and executing client-specific recruiting tactics. Coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives, manage redeployment of associates, and resolve client or candidate complaints using independent discretion. Serve as a team leader during management absences, administer job postings, and ensure compliance with employment laws while coaching associates on skill development. Maintain records of market competitors and execute recruitment KPIs to drive continuous service quality and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
