Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and execute workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, conducting structured behavioral interviews to qualify them for client placements. Analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy client-specific strategies while administering job postings in various systems. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs and consult on service levels. Manage associate care by ensuring compliance, evaluating satisfaction via surveys, and coaching staff on skill enhancement. Act as a team leader or escalation point in the absence of management, addressing complaints with independent discretion. Develop long-term relationships with associates to support redeployment and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
