Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders by analyzing hiring needs and deploying client-specific strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to qualify them for inventory needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized requirements, administer job postings, and develop candidate executive summaries for submittal. Manage candidate pipelines, redeploy temporary associates, and serve as a team lead or escalation point in the absence of management. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, resolve client and associate complaints, and coach associates on skill development. Maintain records of competitors and execute recruitment KPIs to maximize service levels.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
